Torquing scope base with Warne TW1 25"lb wrench

FYI, everyone, watch out using Warne's TW1 torque wrench. It claims it is 25" lbs but compared to my precision torque wrench, it only registered 16"lbs of torque before it released. Found out the hard way as progressively the gun went from extremely accurate to what the hell happened after about 100 rounds....
