What calibers would this go/no go gauge be used for

Is this for a specific caliber or does it HS multiple calibers. I wasnt sure if this was the 243-308 family

I think that might also be known as the 6mm remington.

And should work for most 57mm Mauser based cartridges. .257 Bob, 7x57 etc.
Better run the part number by Forster to be sure

It is what remington called their 6mm when it first came out. It wasn't very popular because it only had a 1:12 twist and wouldn't shoot anything but light bullets accurately. They gave it a 1:9 twist and solved the problem. (the re-name) was so people would buy them but the cases are identical. Hope this helps.....Rich
