Swarovski Range finder PROBLEM

I have a Swaro range finder, I have it less than one year now when I try to range ig reads ERR. I changed the battery hopeing it would slove the problem even thought the low battery light had never came on. Has anyone else had this problem. Or have any idea how long this will take me to get fixed.
