I have about 150 cases ready to load and have enough power and bullets but 12" of snow and more to come. They have been setting (necks up) for 40+ days in a dry, (kinda dust free) basement with fireplace and the humidity runs 35%-50%. Should I be a bit concerned or think nothing of it?

I think necks down would have been better. I would tap them neck down on the bench before putting in the powder, seat the bullet and go shooting.

Sometimes I leave them on the bench for a few days after prep. I always throw a dry cloth over them. If not going to load them right away. I put them back in the cases and closes the lids.
