Shells sticking in chamber/bullet die.

Wilson dies fit close. This can be checked by turning the die upside down and dropping a new factory case in the seat die, the turn it back and the factory round should drop out. If it sticks, then most likely the neck in the die is out of spec. If it drops freely, then there is a distortion happening to the reloaded neck causing it to stic in the die. Flaring/bulging or the wall is out of spec. Measure a factory loded neck and compare it to your reloaded necks. Measure all the way up the neck as well. Lastly, you can "smoke" or put layout fluid on the neck and body (of a dummy round) and see where it's sticking.
