savage model 24 ?

do any of you know if its a way the change POA on 222rem/12ga. the 12ga hit 14 inches below the 222rem . it a savage model 24 . got my hopes all up on this combo gun because it groups good my other 2 tikki 222/12 shot the first shot 3 inch low at least this savage shots the same group with 222 but the 12 gauge is 14 inches low at 30 yards when 222 hitting at 100 yards . I know this is not long range gun but would bethankful for the help what it to be my coyote gun thanks niemo
