Sako advice?

Auction has a Sako L61R Finnbear 7mm Mag mated with a Leupold Veri-X III 3.5X10 scope. NRA rating: FINE. Not sure of age however but looks good on the photos.

Asking $1500.

Is this a good deal? I hear great things about the Sako line. Any advise to a newcomer would be appreciated.

Not cheap, the scopes an older vx111 not a vx3. The barrel may or may not be shot out.
Sako's generally shoot really well. I sight in a friends old 7mm and it'll cloverleaf with about everything I run down the tube. Fairly heavy guns for a field gun.
