Evening everyone, thought about posting this in the for sale section as it has to do with an item for sale. I was wondering if any established LRH members are in the Plainwell Michigan area and could do an in person check on a rifle a new fella on this site has posted. He and I have corresponded about this and he agreed to meet someone in the area. I am leery of sending money to someone I don't know (getting that way with people I do know too
), especially out of state. I could compensate you for your time if needed. Or, and this may be the good idea fairy talking, we could start something to help fellow members out to not get scammed. I could pay it forward, maybe even mediate a transaction if needed as I have a couple FFL buddies in central and northwestern part of my state.
