Rem. XP100r

I have purchased this gun in 223 cal for Javalina hunting and have not been able to hold a group with any ammo. I noticed that all the casings have a flat spot in the neck. I can also see the flat spot in the chamber. I am not sure what could have caused this but I have to do something. I have sent Rem. an e-mail but as of yet have not had a response. I may have to have a new barrel or maybe they can re bore this one? If I need a new barrel, where do I go to have this done? Their seems to be a lot of knowledge on this forum about these Xp,s so I thought this is the place to go. I can use all the help I can get as I have never owned one of these guns before........Thanks Dale
