I was wondering I'm new at reloading I have a little experience but not like you guys probably do I'm trying to load 7mm08 with 175 eldx Hornady bullet but I can't really find a load data to tell how much powder to use

Not the hornady but should give you a starting point.

Rule of thumb is to find said bullet WEIGHT from a few manuals, cross reference all the data, min/max charges often vary.
Choose a powder available to you, start at the MINIMUM charge and work your way up to the MAXIMUM charge. If you get good clovers amongst those charges, choose the tightest group and be done with it.
Also, seat your bullets to max mag length, unless you're concerned doing this, seat according to the manual.
