Props to Swarovski!

    just wanted to let you know that I had recently bought a new swarovski range finder. It worked perfectly for a couple weeks, I got readings out to 1980yds in bright sun!!

    then the button got stuck down or something.

    I called them and told them something was up with this thing, but I didn't have the reciept. They said no prob, send it in. I shipped it off, called them 3-4 days later, to see if they were going to have to send it to Austria(thats where they repair those) for repair.
    They said no, we shipped you a new one today. The next day I got a call from the UPS, and they said that a next day air mail package was supposed to arrive in a couple hours.

    woohoo, new LRF!! works great, brand new in box, overnight air mail for free!

    just thought I would share, gotta love good customer service!

    Awesome service!
    I have the same unit, hopefully I won't have any problems.
    If I do, its nice knowing that Swarovski will stand behind their product and take care of their customers.
