You can use a rifle action, but are required to make sure it is always a rifle, i.e. at least 27" overall length with at least a 16" barrel.
Or you can start with an undesignated action and make whatever who want.
Or there are a number of SP's, XP-100, Striker, MOA, Contender, and a number of minor SP's.
If you want a Striker, I just happen to have 2 custom Strikers made, 22-250, and 308.
