So, I don't post here a lot, but I thought you all were the right place for this question..
I have a Ruger M77 6.5x55 (stock African) that I'm starting load development for. Normally I start a load development land touch - 0.030"
I could do that again. Basically, my method is guess a starting point, then change variables until I find roughly the best of each variable or groups that beat my expectations.
So, how do you determine starting point for OAL? My first variable is selecting between Nosler Accubond 140 and Hornady ELDX 143.
