That's how I pictured them to be....Never talked with Walt, but I have conversed with Ryan numerous times via email. I could tell through the very first email he was a good dude, and genuinely nice and willing to help.
The customer service, and quality products are just another reason why I have been so impressed with Berger, and I will continue to use their products based on how knowledgeable and courteous they are. And their willingness to help, and to make sure the consumer is thoroughly satisfied with their products.

I met Walt at a Shot Show a few years ago. Great guy and very approachable...
