Can I get some feedback?
I have lots of 308 brass, I have some 260 Remington dies , 7mm-08 dies
What do I need to form 308 to 260
Do I need a neck die for 260
Do I need outside next turner?
Any help is appreciated

You can resize with just the Full length 260 dies. You will need to outside neck turn the .308 brass and trim to length.
No outside neck turning with 7-08 or 243 brass.

If you 308 to 7m-08 you still have to turn outside neck
What is the best tool to turn outside neck

I don't shoot a 7mm-08 so I can't answer if the necks need to be turned. I do shoot a 260 and have sense 98 when brass was almost nonexistent. I've used a lot of .308,7mm-08 and 243 brass in my 260s only the .308 brass needed neck turned for use as a 260 case. Do some research on neck turning, watch some YouTube videos and go from there before you decide on buying a neck turning tool.

This belongs in the "Rifles, Reloading, Optics, Equipment" section under the "Reloading" header.
