Can't comment on Premier as I have never handled one.
Eye relief on the USO scopes I used and handled sucked. A buddy of mine has one on a .300WM and he has a callus on his eyebrow from the repeated beatings.
I have two Nightforce scopes that have served me well for a number of years. Clear, plenty of eye relief, rugged, and not as expensive as the other two.
