I'm pretty new to this site. Love the info and all but I have a question. I see some folks get hammered pretty hard for buying/selling as a new user. Is it because they aren't a sponsoring member or what is the scoop?

More has to do with folks just wanting to use the site for selling items. Also, there is always the risk for scamming when you only see a few post by a poster.
