I would just like to say Thanks upfront for the knowledge base that's here. I can see that there has been a lot of time and effort put into this site. I'm interested in the 6.5 Creedmoor which I do not own but I have been reading and researching and thinking about buying. The rifle that I using now for long range plinking and hunting is a .223 Savage model 12 BVSS. Thanks again for all the GREAT INFO.

I don't have any experience with the 6.5 Creedmoor, but welcome to the forum. I have a 6.5 project on the back burner, indefinitely, myself. I plan to go with a .260 Rem Ackley Improved. Hope your 6.5 works out.
