Need some help

I have a 26 Nosler that I had built. The problem is that when I close the bolt even with just a empty case I get a shinning mark on case and some brass filings. Had a new ejector put in. After shooting a few shots the ejector sticks brass filing in ejector hole. This is a Remington 700. Have check head space it's good. Anyone have any suggestions. I've been told to due a sako extractor on bolt. Totally confused at this time!!
