Was their a large temp change between chronoing and shooting?

Not really,it's been 40's-50's lately.I have a new stock coming tuesday from stockade,(for my savage 110fp).I think once I bed the stock and mount it on,I am going to start over from scratch.I will re-zero at 200 yds. and do my drop tests again.Maybe my tupperware savage stock has something to do with it.I think possibly something moved my POI,and threw things off somewhere.

Start with known muzzle velocity

If you don't have a correct muzzle velocity, I don't know how you can begin to fine tune BC's and other input parameters to match your field drops with any confidence in the final results. Muzzle velocity is basic & essential. Suggest you nail down you muzzle velocity before winging it by adjusting other parameters to get an ExBal match to your field drops.
