Neck bushings

I'm buying a redding competition 3 die set for 7 mm mag. It says the bushings are not included so was wondering some bushing sizes to start with. Going to use nosler brass and berger bullets. Not sure if that makes any difference. Thanks for any info

What I have been doing is to take the neck measurement after the case is sized and after a bullet is seated. Take the difference and shoot for .002 neck tension. I use a .313 bushing for my 7mm. Hope that makes sense. Welcome to the forum too!

Thanks for the info. Do I need a bushing to start sizing before I load or does it come with at least one bushing already

no bushings are included

You can seat a bullet in new brass without sizing it(it should come undersize already). Measure the seated neck OD and subtract .003" from it. Order the bushing
