My wife stalked this buck all on her own to within 194 yards. This nice 3X4 Muley buck was in a steep and rugged draw, steep downward angle shot. One well placed Berger 105 Hunting VLD did the trick. Easy sighting with her new Kahles 6-24X56 SKMR2 scope. I'm extremely proud of her, and she was SOOOO excited! Way to go babe!

Excellent job! Those 6mm Bergers are good deer medicine! Last year's deer for me fell to a 115 hunting vld out of my 243.

Thank you everybody for the nice comments. This morning I showed her what everybody was saying and she was pretty pleased.

The rifle is a custom built 243AI, Phoenix Machine (before changing name to Defiance) action, Bartlein fluted barrel 22" long, McMillan A3 stock, Seekins mag system, Kahles K624i SKMR2 scope. Excellent accuracy and she shoots it very well.
