seriously impressive! Look at the tine it took him to close the bolt and get settle in and pull that trigger. like 3 seconds @ 1100! Very very impressive! takes me longer than that just to focus my eyeballs.

Yes he's a pretty good shooter already! He's been shooting awhile, and gets better all the time!

Is a 6 Dasher basically 260 rem neck down to 6 mm....I was curious.

No that would be a .243 Win. A 6 dasher is an improved and shortened neck 6br.
