I am in the market for a meplat trimmer(s) and see that Sinclair discontinued their system. The only one I can find for sale is one from Montour County Rifles. Is this a good one or is there a different brand I should buy? Thanks in advance!

Nothing wrong with Montour's. I've used a couple in the past.

Hoover makes similar:

A few things to consider though;
#1 Meplat diameter has a huge affect to BC
#2 Trimming noses to same length does nothing for BC
#3 If trimming noses to same length causes variance in meplat diameters, you're departing from consistent BC (regardless of merchandising).

This is where tipping, or meplat closing is a better way to go. It produces same diameter meplats, and therefore, more consistent BC.
I have Whidden's but Hoover's is better:

It is possible to improve BC consistency with trimming alone, but bullet ogive radius (a common variance) would have to be qualified first. Forget it otherwise.
You can do this with a BGC:

Thanks Mikecr,

Is it possible to tip bullets and then trim meplats after? I am not a competition shooter, but would like to get more consistent bullets for hunting and long range practice. I am worried that tipping my bullets will close the hollow point and not allow them to expand properly on big game.

Yes you can trim after closing. I don't know your bullets, nor terminal ballistic attributes for them.

My main purpose for this is going to be for the 300gr Berger OTMs shot out of my 338 ALLEN XPRESS @ 2965fps. It would probably lead me to do the same on all my Berger bullets from 25 cal and up.

I'm a varmint hunter, and couldn't guess about this for killing game that your bullets are appropriate for. You might search or start another thread about terminal ballistics with opened/closed meplats.
