Longest scope tube help

I have a friend in a wheelchair, who just purchased a gunmount for his chair. He can only use one arm to shoot with. The problem is he can't get close enough to the scope to see and the scope is as far back in the mounts as I can get it. My questions are is there a mounting system to get the scope back closer to his eye? How about a scope with a longer tube? Eye is 7" from the scope right now.
