As fur season is winding down (fur is starting to break and if I can't use em I don't see the point in ending them other than for pest control reasons) so let's see some pics/ videos/ hear some stories.

Here's a few

Favorite kill of the year has to be an old female I killed a few weeks back. Her teeth were well worn and broken and her fur was perfect. Set up 200 yards over a willow bottom off the North Platte river. I started with a few interrogation howls then went into a cottontail distress. After 5 minutes she poked her head up over a slight rise. She was trying to get down wind but couldn't get there without really getting out in the open. 40 gr vmax to the chest at 140 yards and not a twitch.

My first true double. Favorite sit this year. Challenged twice. Went to distress. First dog came out about 30 secs into distress. Second dog came about a min later. Both dead and getting dragged to the truck in less then 15 mins. One stand that evening two dogs.

Had a good couple days a few years back. Out elk hunting and had a run in with a coyote chasing a rabbit. The rabbit also had an eagle on his tail. I felt bad for Bugs so I ended the coyote from 200 yards with the 7 mm WSM. Decent exit hole with the 180 grain Berger. Next day I shot this elk, so a good couple days.
