I'll tell you who else deserves some thanks...Danielle Humski from my office. During the software upgrade process she made at least 30 or 40 phone calls and emails to Infopop (software), Interland (hosting site) and to the domain registration company).
She would really be thrilled with a few dozen thank you emails at:

remove (nospam) from the address
