Juenke Machines being manufactured gain

HI all

That price is not set in stone, working to reduce it.

Part of it is the precise machining that is required for certain parts, and the labor involved in assembling parts of the fixture.

I'm in the same business, precision machining and fixturing. You have to spread the cost across your anticipated sales volume to be competitive. Thats how it works.

Be interested in your thoughts on a better fixture. Need to be able to adjust the height of the bullet jacket above the sensor for different sized bullets, so that each size bullet can be set to the same height above the sensor (somewhere around .005" above sensor). All parts near the sensor must be plastic so as to not interfere with the sensor. Bullet must remain centered over the sensor.

Thanks
