So from what I have read and heard, the savage 111 LRH and 110 FCP in 338 LM differ by:

the stock
weight of 8.65 vs 10 pounds

what else am I missing?

I will use it for hunting and favor an adjustable cheek rest. What is so much better about the HS stock? Its material? Can anyone shed some light on the pros and cons? Thanks.

I have not shot either of them but have held the HS. I will be getting one. The LRH still just has an accustock(tupperware). The stocks are no comparison. If you are going to lugging this rifle around the HS is a little on the heavy side. Cheek pieces are easy to add. The HS is a great platform for a barrel swapper. You would be hard pressed to buy the parts minus the barrel for the price of the complete rifle. I think I would build my own rifle before I bought the LRH. If I did decide to buy the LRH I would throw the stock away and get a better one.
