I used a lot of it in 300 Weatherby, it is a little temp sensitive. Used it with 180 and 200 grain bullets with good results. It was clean burning and very consistent at load development temps.
I have tried Retumbo and H1000 with good results. I bought a lb of 7828 just cause I was curious.
I bought some recently to try it with .300 PRC since nothing else was available. I'm using loads from shooters reference as a guide but haven't loaded any yet.

I have had great luck with it in 300wm . 208-210gr bullets. 73.2grs of 7828ssc will send the 210s @ 2980fps with 26" tube. Not tried it in my 300prc though. That load held 1/2 moa out to 1500m.
