I picked them up because the price was right and they looked like something to make an interesting keychain.

Their website (I think it is theirs) has nothing about bullets. What can you tell me about these?

Yes, Hooker Tactical.

The box is about half empty. It has 13 bullets in it and I paid $1.30. I figured a dime each was fair.
