How to legally tag &process?

I am a first time goat hunter and am going to western sd this week and with the weather staying warm we would like to bone them out and cool them ASAP. I was wondering how you do that and still have have evidence of what sex they were? The way I understand the regs you have can bone them out but then what?

Yes you can bone them out. You have to have proof of sex, by that statement you need to leave the patch of skin around there sex organ's on a hind quarter. Make sure it's still attatched naturally and you'll have no problem's.
