how do you send/recv. pm\'s ?

can't figure it out? where do i look to turn it on ?

It is not functional on this site. The software is there but not activated. If a person wishes to recieve email from other people on the forum then they put their email address in their profile.

I have chosen not to enable that feature in order to keep my admin time down. Thanks for your understanding.
