Hold over reticle?

What reticle is there with close enough mark to use flat shooting rifles like 300 rum or 257 Weatherby?

I could only recomend tremor 3, and H59... with either one your able to have immediate &accurate wind and elevation holds with .2 subtensions on glass that allow holds much farther than any long range hunter would shoot.
