Headspace question

It might be worth mentioning that final measurements should be taken with the tube properly torqued in place vs hand tight.

Just "listening" in... It is my understanding that the belt is what the BM's head space off of, and that number is .000 to +.002. After that the shoulder is fire formed for the chamber and when you size it is neck only or a shoulder bump to somewhere around touching to - .002? That is the way I do it but after reading a few posts it sounds like some guys are only concerned with shoulder headspace.
