Gunsmith needed and gunsmith question.?

Hi i have a browning a bolt varmiter in 243wssm, that i have had for a while ,it has a 1-10 twist barrel and the littel box magazine that pops out of the bottom of stock.I wana turn it into a better long range gun but might be limited due to barrel twist and that darn box magaze that limits how long i can load these shells, any ideas and could any of you gunsmiths do the work for me. Please help thanks timmy.
