Josh sent us this field report. "This is my buddy's 1st year hunting deer. I loaded him some 97 Absolute Hammers for his 6.5 CM @ a very modest 3030 fps (because this kid shot the best).
Despite shooting the lightest bullet and the smallest cartridge of the 4 hunter group his buck here was the only dead "in his tracks" shot of the trip!
High shoulder shot… bullet passed through both blades with a 6.5 mm hole and very little meat damage."
