first 2009 bird best one yet.

I will post pictures tomorrow, just that I got my best bird ever today. I have killed heavier, and longer bearded, but have never killed an ozark gobbler like this. Shot was 46 steps, bird was 23.3 lbs, 10.5 beard and right spur was 1 3/8 with the left 1 7/16. I would say that he would be better than 5 years old or older. And he is going on the wall. oldfamily.

Out of curiosity have you ever seen a Turkey with a partially white beard (the last 1 1/2")? I tried taking pictures of him the other day but couldn't get him to turn around.
