Are you reloading for this yourself? If yes, powder type/weight in grains, bullet/type/weight, COAL?
If you are buying factory ammo…what brand/model?
In regards to the gun…if it was mine, I would start with a standard weight BCG, and an Adj gas block…
In my opinion, it's the light weight BCG with the non Adj gas block that is causing all of your problems
Last thing is…take the buffer out and weigh it.

I've loaded multiple bullet types all to recommended / SAAMI. 55 gr to 73 gr. Varget, CFE223. No loads seem to struggle more vs less on the cycling.
If it doesn't sell before too long I'll strip it down to get the tube weight.
