Customizing a scope reticle

Good day all,
I'm wanting to have a scope reticle customized and can't find anyone on a web search that does this.

I bought a Leupold 3-15 CDS for its light weight, clear glass and other desirable features. I want to add some windage hash marks but Leupold shut down its custom shop. If anyone can tell me who does this, I'd appreciate it.
