custom action for build?

As I'm having a pretty tough time finding an xp to build off of, I'm looking for a custom action to build off of. Will any of the custom actions work? Also does anyone make a trigger linkage for the center grip if I do go the custom action route? Although I'm not beyond going with a rear grip.

Phoenix and Nesika Bay (I know they used to) make a XP clone action.
Within the year there will be another company making a XP clone as well.
With a custom single-shot action that is longer, one would need to make a custom trigger linkage as well.
