Cooper Model 54 Phoenix chambered in 243 Win. Rifle is in excellent condition and shot very little. Comes with an extra magazine and a new Nikon Bushmaster 4-12x40. Rifle shoots very well. Less than 1/2 MOA out to 360 yards which is furthest i've taken it. Asking $1650 to your FFL shipped and insured.
