Concentricity gauge, Neco or other?

Am considering buying a Neco concentricity gauge for my reloads and would like some, if possible experienced based opinions if Neck is a good solid accurate gauge or should I consider another.

The Neco is at my limit budget wise (under $180) so please keep that in mind.

Thanks,

I have only used the Sinclair and Hornady. I really like the Sinclair but its only good for measuring runout. Looks like the Neco can measure other stuff as well. I returned the Hornady - I didn't like the way it holds the cartridge by the bullet tip. I suppose its not bad for the price though.
