Colorado Prairie Dogs for non residents

Can anyone tell what type of license is required for a Non Resident to hunt Prairie Dogs and Coyotes in Colorado? I am planning an Elk Hunt in Southern Wyoming for next fall and my Dad just found a place in Northern Colorado where we can hunt Prairie Dogs and Coyotes on the same trip.

Is a license required for a non resident to hunt Prairie Dogs or Coyotes in Colorado?

A non resident small game license for prairie dogs. Season for private land is year around. Public land is June to end of feb. Yotes is year around but I think you also have to buy a fur bearer license. This is close but double check before quoting me on it.
