that thing is way too cool! full body mount !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
weird is that a mule deer or whats that
whitetail and cow cross ??
Great rack and unusual color very nice
I believe the term for that coloration is piebald. What a nice unusual trophy!
I have a military base next to my father in laws home here in NY were all the deer are SOLID WHITE.
But that monster is something else
Piebald deer are more common back east I heard today. Friend from Green Bay area said they are killed every year or two back in Cheese country...
It happens anywhere there are an overabundance of whitetails, the odds run like 1/60,000 deer carry the gene that cause missing skin pigments of its offspring, but both parents must posess the gene before the offspring can be a piebald, so heard density has to be high enough that those 2 deer out of 120,000 can hook-up!
happens more in the east cause there is more deer here, I've taken 3, one just had white socks though.
Nice buck!! It looks like a holstein browntail
