Chargemaster error W 7

Has anyone else seen this error code? Upon power up, it goes through the normal self check then beeps and just displays W 7. The scale works fine when not connected to the dispenser, but gives the above error as soon as they're hooked together.

Anyone got any ideas, or had this happen before? I'm hoping there's some kind of reset or something......would suck to have to get another one since I think the warranty just ran out on this one..

Well, after about an hour on hold.......the diagnosis is to send it back for a replacement. Since it's out of warranty, which I was informed is only 1 year instead of the 2 years that the instruction book says, it's $45 to have them repair or replace it. Sure beats the $300 for a new one
