Carbon barrel outside cleaning?

What do you wipe down your carbon barrel with for cleaning and keeping it protected?
Any chemicals know to hurt or degrade it?

I just wipe it off when it gets dirty. Dried mud gets a rag dipped in warm soapy water until clean
Its fibers and resin so dont get any solvents on it and you should be fine.

I use wd40 then a dry rag for excess on chrome moly stuff. Just me

Just realized you meant carbon fiber .... duh! I use a touch of wd40 there too and wipe with dry paper towel

Looking at CA site they say use good gun oil.
