Can't reach mag OAL during seating

Trying to seat the 265 HAT'S to mag length but seem to have bottomed out the seating depth of my redding die before they will reach . I'm using a foster press with standard redding dies. What am I missing? I have been reloading the 300gr SMK with out an issue and want to be able to use my HS mag with the HATS. Thanks Steve

Just spoke with redding and they are sending out a new stem...great service! He also said that I can achieve a custom fit with the use of hot glue... Worth a try. Stc
