Camp spots around Ten Sleep Wy

Was wondering if there were any camp grounds around Ten Sleep. We have Unit 115. Was figuring on camping Public ground on west side of unit. But if any simple spots around might be better.

It's been a few years since I was through there, but there used to be a campground on the west end of town. Don't know anything more about it though.

The campground is still there.....but, "standing room only" during hunting season! If you're set-up for or comfortable with boondocking, there's lots of BLM land in 115! There is also camping in Worland, and you can access 115 at a couple of places between Ten Sleep and Worland! memtb

Last time I was there you could camp on public ground pretty much any where 25 years ago!! Good luck on your hunt

Yes looking like BLM is going to be our safe option. Looking on the map it appears to be no shortage of open areas! Thanks guys
