For sale is a 1970 Belgium made Browning BAR in 338 Win Mag. It is in good condition, there are a couple nicks in the wood and rub marks on the steel. I have tried to capture all of them in pictures. Please review, and if there are any other pictures you would like to see please let me know. Has a fixed 4x Redfield on it FWIW. $800 to your FFL, I always ship fast but I will need to find a box so it might take me a bit longer than my usual.

Any info on potential accuracy andbare gun weight.
Thanks
I would definitely not put this in the category of precision rifle because first it's a factory rifle, and second it's a semi-auto. There may be some out there who have some tricks on how to tune a BAR to be ultra precise, but I'm not one of them, haha. As far as weight, it weighs 8.6 pounds with the scope, so probably 7-1/2 bare roughly, fairly light for packing around.

Nice rifle. Didn't see any round count, but must be low. Would love to that this rifle apart, clean everything and then refurbish the wood and touch up the Steel. After i was done the owner would only want to put in a safe of take out on a very special hunt - Hunt of a Lifetime.

Need more infor, but I could turn this in a clean rifle. Have refurbished rifles and given back to the owner, They would say how mucH?
I would say =It's yours no charge, got a lot more business and sometimes, the owner came back and said the work I did for free just so that he could have a FINE firearm on a hunt. They would usually give the rifle/shotgun to me. Well too long stories.
Alway said "Pay It Forward" and a lot of them gave money to young hunters shooting classes and also auctioned away some for cash to give to shooting ranges.
